Vic St. Clair served his country 21 years in the US Army. During his last year in the Army, he came into a relationship with Christ. He has been serving the Lord 42 years and has been in ministry for 35 years. After leaving the Army, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Biblical Studies with concentration in Missions and Counseling. In 1990, he and his wife, Lois, went to Europe to minister. He first was the Pastor of the international church Christian Life Fellowship in Wiesbaden, Germany, and later helped plant the Weisbaden Christian Center, in Wiesbaden. Vic planted the Oasis Church in former communist Germany in the city of Schoenebeck, and then continued to plant Jesus House in the former communist part of Berlin, the Librazhd Christian Fellowship in Librazhd, Albania, and the Evangelical Church of Bilisht in Bilisht, Albania. Since coming back from the mission field, Vic travels to Europe and Egypt to encourage the churches and help them to grow. He has also served in pastoral counseling at various churches.
